Our family had a memorable stay marked by stunning pools and relaxing hot springs. The upgrade to a suite truly enhanced our experience. The restaurant served delicious buffet meals, although a bit more variety would be ideal. Aim to arrive early for the best dining selections!

The room was spacious, although we struggled with cleanliness upon check-in. the bathroom needed attention. Air conditioning worked fine but some of the furniture felt worn. The property itself is surrounded by stunning nature, and I appreciated spotting wildlife on the grounds. Service in the restaurant was attentive, but we faced a few maintenance issues that detracted from our overall experience, like old door knobs and some broken fixtures. The surrounding area felt quiet and limited in activities beyond the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness could be improved, especially for families with small kids.
